1. Fit-Out Project Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Nationality: Pakistani Only

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in interior fit-out and construction projects.

Strong project management, planning, and coordination skills.

Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and client communications.

Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

Ability to manage projects from initiation to handover.

2. Landscape Engineer / Specialist (Project-Based)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Nationality: Pakistani Only

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, Horticulture, or Civil Engineering.

Relevant experience in landscape construction, irrigation systems, and softscape/hardscape works.

Ability to review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Strong site supervision and coordination skills.

Project-based engagement.

3. Land Surveyor (Project-Based)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Nationality: Pakistani Only

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Surveying or a related discipline.

Proven experience in construction and infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and surveying software.

Ability to prepare survey reports, layouts, and as-built drawings.

Project-based engagement.
