Accountant Staff Duties
Daily Financial Duties
Record daily income and expenses
Maintain cash book and accounting records
Verify all sales transactions
Prepare invoices, bills, and receipts
Handle petty cash management
Reconcile daily cash and card payments
Cash Handling Duties
Count and verify cash collections
Deposit cash into bank when required
Monitor cash flow and balances
Report shortages or discrepancies immediately
Maintain proper payment records
Billing & Payment Duties
Process customer payments
Verify supplier invoices
Track pending payments and receivables
Maintain payment vouchers and receipts
Follow up on outstanding payments
