Financial Management

Record daily income and expenses

Maintain cash book and financial records

Prepare invoices and receipts

Monitor salon sales and expenses

Handle bank deposits and withdrawals

Reconcile cash and bank statements

Payroll & Staff Payments

Prepare staff salaries and commissions

Track staff attendance for payroll

Calculate overtime and deductions

Maintain employee payment records

Billing & Accounts

Verify daily billing reports

Check POS and payment transactions

Monitor pending payments and supplier dues

Maintain customer and supplier accounts

Inventory & Purchases

Record product purchases and stock expenses

Monitor inventory costs

Coordinate with management for ordering supplies

Maintain purchase invoices and supplier records

Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

Provide sales and expense summaries

Assist management with budgeting

Report financial issues or irregularities immediately

Compliance

Maintain confidential financial information

Ensure proper filing of records

Follow company financial procedures

Support audits and tax documentation if required
