Duty Hours : 8 Hours / 26 Days

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Analyze Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to identify all required components, dimensions, and materials.

Generate Cut Lists: Prepare detailed, accurate cutting lists, often including panel optimization to ensure efficient material usage and minimal waste.

Produce CNC Files: Generate CNC router coding and production files from cabinet design software to automate cutting processes.

Material Selection and Estimation: Calculate exact material requirements and select appropriate materials to optimize production costs and minimize wastage.

Drafting and Modification: Use CAD or specialized cabinetry software (e.g., KCD Software) to create and amend shop drawings.

Communication with Production: Collaborate with workshop personnel to ensure the cutting lists are understood and to resolve any technical queries regarding measurements.

Quality Assurance: Review tech packs to verify materials and inspect for defects before cutting.
