TMS Group is looking for a highly creative and organized ** Management Cum Marketing Coordinator** who can manage marketing, operations, content creation, branding activities, and administrative coordination efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong managerial capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with design and social media tools.

### Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms

* Manage and coordinate day to day operation of the Group

* Handle company social media accounts, campaigns, and audience engagement

* Coordinate marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and branding projects

* Design marketing materials including flyers, banners, packaging concepts, and presentations

* Support management with administrative coordination and reporting

* Maintain communication between departments, vendors, and external agencies

* Assist in event planning, product launches, and corporate promotions

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities

* Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials

### Requirements

* Proven experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or branding

* Strong skills in content creation and digital marketing

* Expertise in design software such as:

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Illustrator

* AutoCAD

* Canva

* Other creative/design software

* Strong managerial and administrative capabilities

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

* Experience in FMCG or restaurant industry will be an advantage
