Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Male Admin Officer currently available in Bahrain for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative operations, maintaining office records, coordinating with departments, and supporting daily office activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative and office operations

Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation

Prepare reports, letters, and internal correspondence

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules

Handle incoming calls, emails, and office inquiries

Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements

Support HR and accounts departments with administrative tasks

Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment

Assist management with operational and clerical support

Requirements

Currently available in Bahrain

Immediate joiner preferred

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field

Previous experience in administration or office coordination is preferred

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Professional attitude and attention to detail
