A medical center in Dubai is looking to hire an HR Officer with UAE experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and interview coordination
• Managing employee files and leave records
• Attendance and payroll follow-up
• Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures
• Coordination with different departments and PRO
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
• Healthcare/medical center experience is preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
