I was working a customer service at Aldwwarq Alawwal from (1-6-2011) to (1-6-2012) I was working a Delegate Purchases at Aldwwarq Alawwal Company from (1 / 6 / 2012) At (1 / 6 / 2014 ) . Job description: 1- Receipt of samples of purchase through the institution or by post 2- Compared the prices of the materials used and choose the best 3- Submit purchase orders to the Procurement Section for approval 4- Execution of purchase orders after approval 5- Check the special questionnaire after issuing the purchase order to check customer satisfaction for our product 6- supervise the purchases of raw materials & compared to consumer prices. Sales Coordinator at Freight Systems from 3/8/2014 to 15/8/2016 Job description: 1- Phone marketing. 2- Marketing the company's services through exhibitions and conferences 3- Attract new customers 4- Configure a large database for potential clients 5- Cooperate with the sales team to send as many offers for customers 6- Stay in touch with potential customers 7-looking at what the market needs from imported goods . For now I am working Administrative executive at Freight Systems from 16/8/2016 Job description: 1- Solve the problems difficulties faced by employees &customers 2- Providing attendance and absence reports to employees 3- Consider the difficulties faced by the employee and take the necessary action 4- Scheduling meetings, booking travel tickets and accommodation for managers 5- Quickly devise solutions for Problems that guide management 6- Receiving outgoing and incoming mail to the administration and forwarding it to the responsible person 7- Communicate with the head office and distribute tasks to employees and report of them 8- Assistant Executive Director regarding staff and requirements and explaining the nature and work system of the Center for new employees 9- Making advertisements on vacancies in social media 10- Conducting initial telephone interviews for applicants for employee affairs 11- Arrange the CV and nominate the applicant for the interview according to his / her specialization required for the institution 12- Conduct interviews with persons applying for employment and terminate contract signing procedures with designated staff 13- Preparation of letters of acceptance and employment applications for leave 14- Processing invoices and send them via delegate or email and reupload them through our system.
