Management and coordination from the Operation Control Center of all the passenger services and related tasks.
• Real time coordination and communication with Stations and on-board staff
• Monitor the fulfillment of the scheduled Service Plan
• Production and Operation plan coordination, management and follow up.
• Service Report elaboration and analysis.
• Follow up the quality indicators and procedures for commercial service improvement.
• Staff and operation resources allocation management and coordination to comply with the service requirements.
• Management of any incident that could affect to the passengers.
• Participate as an active member in the OCC tasks planning, reporting and follow up.
• Any other task related to the execution, planning and/or follow up of the operation and service plan.
