Designing special annual plans in the sales department by relying on studying market requirements, and following up on customers' requests in order to work on providing them.

Determining the strategic sales goals by setting a set of expectations about the volume of sales that will be achieved, compared to the amount of profits that includes the revenues that have been collected, and also based on studying and analyzing the previous sales of the company.
1- Contributing to maintaining the selling price by relying on ensuring a permanent balance between supply and demand; The higher the demand for sales, the more the company offers.
2 -Determining and controlling sales prices, by following up on competition with other companies that offer similar types of sales that the company offers in the commercial market.
3- Follow up on the work of the sales department's employees, and make sure that they perform them according to the plans and tasks related to them, and this guarantees continuity in achieving success for the work.
Providing advice and advice to employees, merchants, and customers who deal with the company, either directly or if they request any advice related to sales, such as clarifying the nature of a new product that will be announced soon.
4- Maintaining the strengthening of the collective effort in the sales department by supporting the role of cooperation between all employees in order to achieve special goals at work
5- Holding training courses and workshops for the employees of the sales department, especially the new ones; So that they can understand the nature of the special work in the department, and this helps them to develop their skills and experience in the sales business.

My tasks assigned to me as Director of The Egypt Office at below
- Study the requests submitted by dealers to import or export goods, verify that they fulfill the conditions and fees, supervise the organization of their request statements and orders according to the priority and size of their arrival, and coordinate with the dealers and intermediaries from banks and transport companies to ensure that the goods are secured to places
- Specified delivery and receipt according to the agreed dates.
- Study offers and prices for various types of commodities in the local and foreign market and make recommendations to the concerned authorities to import or export goods according to the prices and volume of supply and demand for them,
- Follow-up of developments in the field of import and export of goods, submit proposals to improve the level and quality of performance in the department, and follow-up procedures for examining exported and imported goods to verify that they meet the established conditions and specifications in line with official instructions and legislation in this regard, and negotiate the deals authorized to sign,
- Researching, surveying, and exploring potential global markets for insulation products to achieve sales targets.
- Analyzing global market trends to identify untapped potential markets.
- Finding, identifying, and approaching new clients and buyers in these potential markets through using business directories, yellow pages, and other databases to develop new business opportunities and build business relationships with these customers in overseas markets.
