DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Recruitment- training-payroll-personnel- Performance appraisals, compensation and benefits)
- Carry out All procedures from interview to end the service.
Applications –Interviews- Inform Labor office – Hiring Documentation (Birth / military / graduation / work permit / Experience certificates / Conduct studies of social cases / morale / loyalty).
- Prepare data base of all employees in company / prepare reports related.
- Arrange & get contract signed by both employee & HR.
Classification new personal files. Fill the work permit form and send it to labor office .Fill His name on hiring log sheet book.
Prepare social insurance sheet #1#2# and send it to social insurance office and File it on the personal file / social sheet no 6 / medical checkup.
- Termination procedure :
End service forms with necessary approval submit personal file final Payment / experience certificate get back medical & Co ID cards Internal general Announcement inform external customers / authorities ( if needed. Declaration form Employee for receipts of all his documents & payment ----- all through feedback end service form.
- Recruitment: Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications. Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Personnel.
- Daily check in / out staff & casual: attendance time sheet .over time & absence.
-Follow all subject related to police stations, accidental, and injury / write contracts and Make legal checking / Answers for staff questions.
- Training:
Training documents / needed training plan)
Handling / Filing of external / internal training documents.
- Performance appraisals (distribute & collect the forms to Factory staff,
Preparing performance appraisals for subordinates, count the results.
- Payroll:
(Monthly Salaries - Final Payment – profit share)
Other:
- Committees: (Loan – fund box – Disciplinary – scrap)
- Internal investigation –cooperation with legal affairs department (Disciplinary reports)
- Program: (able to work on HR software system)
