Location: Nasr City, Cairo. ------------------------------------------------------------ (Job Requirements) Graduate +3 Years of Experience Previous Experience in the Digital Marketing field. Good Knowledge of English & Arabic written and spoken. Good Knowledge of principles of Customer Service / Sales. Ability to effectively communicate information & report statistics. Strong Organizational & Multitasking Skills. Understanding of online platforms moderation tools. --------------------------------------------------------------- (Job Description) Moderating our Social Media platforms (Comments – Messages). Engaging with client (Handling phone Calls). Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs & Objectives. Collect and Analyzes the clients Data.
