Responsibilities:

Chef de Partie (CDP): Manage a section of the kitchen, prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, supervise Commis and Kitchen Helpers.

Commi: Assist Chef de Partie in food preparation and cooking, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Kitchen Helper: Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role preferred (for CDP and Commi).
Basic culinary skills (for Kitchen Helper).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
