Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree with experience in HR and Administration
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in Human Resource
• Good oral and written communication skills (English)
• Being able to use a PC (Windows, Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Strong problem resolution and collaboration skills.
• Flexible and interested in working in a dynamic growth oriented company environment
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Laws.
• Positive attitude and good business conduct.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Maintain good level of understanding and compliance to company policy, process and procedures to relevant areas of responsibility; provide information and guidance to staff where needed.
• Maintains healthy employee’s relationship.
• Manage the efficient execution of all personnel tasks (i.e. payroll, leaves, recruitment, employees record)
• Maintain accurate records of employee’s compensation/benefits scheme and assist employees in all departments relating inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are
in compliance to ensure that policies comply with applicable labor laws.
• Make sure confidential information is kept safe and confidential.
