• Explore and update the Events & Exhibitions for the Company to Participate
• Registering the Company in the Exhibitions and Events
• Coordinate with Designers for the Booth Designs
• Executing the Event and Liaison with Concerned Employees for Participating in the Event
• Coordinate with HR for the Travel and Visa Process for Events Participations
• Updating Company Profile with IT Dept.
Employee Mobilization
• Coordinate with PMs for the Employee Mobilization
• Coordinate with HR for the Transfers as well as Logistics
• Update the Mobilization Planner
Travel
• Coordinate the Travel (Domestic & International) for the Employees
• Coordinate the Hotel Booking for the Employees
