Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Specialist to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-users, ensuring the functionality of hardware and software, managing networks, and providing IT solutions to improve business operations. This role requires both technical knowledge and strong communication skills to work across departments and assist team members with their IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide day-to-day IT support to employees for software, hardware, networking, and system issues.
Network Administration: Manage and troubleshoot the company’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as computers, printers, and servers. Ensure timely software updates and patches.
Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup solutions. Monitor the network for security breaches.
IT Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of IT systems, networks, and configurations. Keep an inventory of hardware and software licenses.
Vendor Management: Work with third-party vendors to manage IT services, software licensing, and procurement of hardware.
Cloud Services: Administer cloud-based services like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS applications.
Backup and Recovery: Implement data backup strategies and ensure that data recovery plans are in place.
Training and Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, user accounts, and email. Provide training on software applications and company IT policies.
IT Strategy: Collaborate with management to plan and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s goals.
