We are hiring for an immediate joiner as Waiter. Having experience in fine dining restaurant will be an advantage. Location: Dubai, UAE. Salary Range: 30003500 (Depending on experience and qualification) Number of position: 2 Job Description: • Welcome guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables and provide menus. • Having a thorough understanding of the restaurant’s menu including dishes, ingredients and preparation methods. • Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests. Ensure all special request and dietary restrictions are noted and well communicated to the BOH staff. • Suggest additional menu items, such as appetizers, desserts to increase sales and enhance dining experience. • Present bills to customers, accept payments, and provide accurate change or process credit card transactions. • Set tables for the next customers ensuring they are clean and properly arranged. • Ensure guests satisfaction and report any issues to the restaurant management. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following all food safety and sanitization guidelines. Job Requirement: • Previous restaurant experience is preferred. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
