Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Understand the features and benefits of aluminium products, including various applications and specifications, to communicate effectively with customers. 3. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and goals. 4. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities 5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. 6. Conduct presentations. 7. Conduct demonstrations of aluminium products to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and applications. 8. Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client. 9. Maintained accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts, and report on performance metrics to management 10. Work closely with other departments, such as production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support. 11. Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards while conducting sales activities. 12.
