Looking for MEP Engineer for Building Maintenance and Construction (Mechanical, Electrical/Technician, Plumbing) Duties and Responsibilities:• Take care of the building and inspect building assets • Knowledge of all kinds of Maintenance work and construction• Maintain and repair a building’s systems, including Electrical, Plumbing and also take care of other maintenance tasks, such as painting, roof repairs, locksmithing and drywall installations. • Knowledge about all pipe fittings and pipes part likewise handles fire concealment frameworks and tempest pipe frameworks• Knowledge about carpentry, doing pest control and safety repairs.• Knowledge of AC Duct Cleaning, Split and Central AC and cylinder• Need to handle viewing clients, take care for move-in and move-out procedures.• Team Leader and can work under pressure• Works All-rounderMandatory Requirements:Degree CertificateAny Proof or Valid Certificate (Experience Letter or Diploma)Must have driving licenseMale from Age 25 to 42Interested candidates, please share detailed resume on Whatsapp – اعرض رقم الهاتف ( or share CV to: info at unibuild dot ae ) to apply.
