Main Duties & Responsibilities (Not limited to) :
Network Support
• Monitor and maintain local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, routing, and firewall configurations.
• Install, configure, and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and access points.
• Perform regular network security checks and updates.
Hardware Support
• Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
• Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions.
• Manage inventory and track hardware assets.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty services.
Helpdesk & IT Support
• Provide frontline technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Resolve software, network, and hardware issues promptly.
• Document and escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams as needed.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and general troubleshooting.
• Educate users on best practices for IT and security.
IT Operations
• Participate in routine system checks and maintenance.
• Support the IT team in rolling out software updates, security patches, and backups.
• Contribute to process documentation and improvement efforts.
Basic Qualification : Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in an IT support role, with hands-on experience in networking and hardware maintenance.
Knowledge & Experience :
Operating Systems: Proficient in Windows environments.
Productivity Software: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Cloud Platforms: Experience with Microsoft Azure administration and management.
Networking: Proficient with network troubleshooting tools and methods.
Hardware: Skilled in hardware diagnostics and repair.
Directory Services: Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.
Remote Support & Ticketing: Experience with remote support software and ticketing systems.
Security Tools: Knowledge of antivirus, anti-malware, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Skills :
Display sound communication skills while acting as a point of contact for end users. Persistent, level- headed and cool under pressure.
Highly confident with providing support and training to users.
Detail-oriented and meticulous with a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to clients and setting high standards for excellent client service.
Passionate about solving complex problem and providing ingenious solutions.
Go-getter with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities them.
Understands the value of business analysis for the organization.
A team player working closely with end users and process owners.
Note : Flexible to work outside office hours and Night Shift as required.
