Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Microsoft consulting business. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, specifically in the technology or IT consulting space. You will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving growth for our services across Jordan. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our Microsoft consulting services, targeting key industries and regions. Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and presentations, to showcase our expertise in Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365). Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising, to drive traffic and convert leads. Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads through targeted marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, and trade shows. Brand Management: Strengthen our brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine marketing strategies. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future initiatives. Partnerships and Alliances: Develop and manage partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and media to expand our reach and credibility. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT consulting or technology sector. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365). Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), content management systems, and social media platforms. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
