*Job Summary:*
We're looking for a skilled Demi Chef to assist our Head Chef in managing the kitchen, preparing delicious Mexican dishes, and maintaining high culinary standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Mexican cuisine, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

*Responsibilities:*
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook Mexican dishes to the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Control food costs and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

*Requirements:*
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef in a Mexican restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills an advantage)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
