Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented, and professional Female Sales Representative ( Philippine and Bangladeshi will highly consider ) who wants to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, presenting our products or services, and driving sales to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your strong communication skills, positive attitude, and passion for sales will be key to excelling in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling product/service presentations to potential clients, demonstrating value and benefits.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Sales Strategy: Work with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Customer Support: Assist clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from inquiry to post-sale.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Confidence in building rapport with clients, both in-person and remotely.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and proactive.
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus).
