Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement comprehensive cost management strategies aligned with organizational
objectives, ensuring a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on cost-saving
opportunities.
 Analyze budgetary data with precision, tracking expenditures and variances to maintain financial
discipline. Provide regular and insightful reports to executive leadership, enabling informed
decision-making.
 Collaborate across business units to enhance cost-efficiency in operational processes. Identify
and implement measures to streamline workflows without compromising quality or productivity.
 Conduct thorough financial analyses to identify trends, assess the impact of cost drivers, and
provide actionable insights to support key business decisions.
 Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate a holistic understanding of cost dynamics. Provide
financial expertise and collaborate on initiatives that align cost considerations with broader
business goals.
 Establish, refine, and enforce robust cost control frameworks. Develop and implement policies
and procedures to govern cost-related activities, fostering a culture of financial responsibility.
 Optimize the allocation of financial resources by assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of
various investments and expenditures.
 Conduct in-depth variance analyses to identify deviations from budgeted costs and formulate
corrective actions to address discrepancies.
 Utilize forecasting models to predict future cost trends and facilitate proactive decision-making.
Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts to support overall business planning.
 Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Implement measures to mitigate financial risks and maintain compliance with relevant
regulatory requirements.
 Effectively communicate financial insights and cost-related information to stakeholders,
fostering a transparent and collaborative environment.
 Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization, implementing
best practices, and staying abreast of industry trends and benchmarks.
 Identify and assess financial risks associated with cost structures. Develop and implement risk
mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's financial stability.
 Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost control and financial
management. Regularly assess and report on the achievement of established metrics.

Requirements:
 The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or architectural
Engineering from an internationally recognized university.
 Not less than 15 years of experience in construction management of large multi-site projects.
 You should have excellent communication skills and should have managed a multicultural
workforce.
