مطلوب اخصائي مبيعات للعمل Objectives:
- Achieving company goals through careful planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and developing forecasts.
- Continuously develop skills, train and collaborate with team members, and use effective sales methods to achieve revenue goals
- Generate leads, create and nurture customer relationships
- Effectively represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Research consumer needs and determine how our solutions address them
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and expands the company's global reach
- Meet potential clients and develop long-term relationships that meet their needs
- Identifying knowledge gaps within the team and developing plans to fill them
- Ensure company quotas are met by conducting daily check-ins with the sales team to set goals and monitor progress
- Manage month-end and year-end closings
