Position: Project Manager

Experience: 12+ Years (GCC Experience Preferred)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities (Maximum 10 Points)

Lead and manage construction projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget, quality, and schedule.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities, including earthworks, infrastructure, reinforced concrete, structural steel, PEB, and architectural finishes.

Manage and coordinate all project disciplines, including Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP, ensuring seamless interface and execution.

Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and contractual issues and maintain effective project coordination.

Monitor project progress, productivity, procurement, cost control, and resource utilization, implementing corrective actions where necessary.

Ensure full compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), project specifications, QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations.

Review and approve project schedules, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and progress reports.

Lead project meetings, manage project risks, oversee variation orders and claims, and ensure timely decision-making to achieve project objectives.

Mentor and lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Must be willing to relocate and work at remote project locations anywhere within Saudi Arabia, with flexibility to manage projects in challenging site conditions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 12+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.

GCC experience is highly preferred.

Strong experience in structural steel, PEB buildings, earthworks, infrastructure works, reinforced concrete, and MEP coordination.

Excellent leadership, communication, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP certification and Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration are preferred.
