We are looking for a highly experienced Site Manager to lead site execution for an SEC substation project.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical substation construction and installation.

Proven experience on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Grid Station/Substation projects at 132 kV level or above.

Strong knowledge of SEC standards, construction practices, testing, commissioning, and project execution.

Experience in managing site activities, subcontractors, manpower, materials, quality, safety, and project schedules.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to ensure project completion in accordance with SEC specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Preferred

Previous experience working on SEC projects within Saudi Arabia.

Familiarity with SEC procedures, documentation, and reporting requirements.
