We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales of our hospitality solutions across the region. The ideal candidate has a strong sales track record in the hospitality or hospitality-tech sector, excellent relationship-building skills, and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality groups
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (GMs, F&B Directors, Procurement, Owners)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts/reports to management
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of proven experience in business development / sales, preferably within hospitality, hospitality technology, or related B2B solutions
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) — mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Strong network within the hospitality industry (hotels, hospitality groups, F&B) is a plus
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
Preferred Skills
Prior experience selling SaaS, PMS (Property Management Systems), POS, or other hospitality tech solutions
Existing relationships with regional hotel chains or hospitality decision-makers
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry’s operational and technology needs
