Job Description: Massage Therapist

*Client:* Most Popular Wellness & Spa Client, KSA

*Work Location:* Jeddah, KSA

*Number of Positions Required:* 30

*Gender:* Female – 25 Male – 5

*Nationality:* Any

*Salary:* As per interview

Role and Responsibilities:

– Provide professional massage therapy services to clients including Swedish, Thai, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Hot Stone massage as required.

– Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with company standards, hygiene protocols, and client comfort.

– Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment in the treatment rooms at all times.

– Conduct client consultations before each session to understand needs, preferences, and any health conditions.

– Recommend appropriate treatments and wellness packages to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

– Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures as per KSA health regulations.

– Maintain client records with confidentiality and professionalism.

– Assist in inventory management of oils, lotions, towels, and other spa supplies.

– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client retention through a positive experience.

– Adhere to company policies, dress code, and professional conduct at all times.

– Coordinate with supervisors and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

– Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa/wellness center.

– Certified in massage therapy from a recognized institute. Certification is preferred.

– Good communication and interpersonal skills.

– Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

– Must be able to follow safety and hygiene standards.
