📌 Job Description: Account Manager (Zakat, Audit, VAT & Financial Analysis)

🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to oversee financial operations across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will manage zakat and tax compliance, coordinate audits, handle VAT filing, analyze financial data, and supervise junior accounting staff.

🔸 Key Responsibilities

1. Zakat & Tax Compliance

Prepare and file Zakat returns in accordance with ZATCA regulations

Ensure timely submission of all tax‑related documents

Maintain accurate records for tax audits and compliance reviews

2. Audit Management

Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits

Prepare required financial statements, schedules, and supporting documents

Implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal controls

3. VAT Filing & Reporting

Manage monthly/quarterly VAT filing

Reconcile VAT input/output and ensure compliance with Saudi VAT laws

Monitor changes in tax regulations and update processes accordingly

4. Financial Analysis & Reporting

Analyze company financial data, cash flow, expenses, and profitability

Prepare monthly management reports and performance dashboards

Provide insights to support business decisions and cost optimization

5. Staff Supervision & Team Management

Lead and supervise junior accountants and finance assistants

Assign tasks, review work, and ensure accuracy of financial entries

Train staff on accounting standards, software, and compliance procedures

6. General Accounting Duties

Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

🔸 Qualifications & Requirements

Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

ARABIC AND ENGISH LANGUAGE

Minimum 5 years’ experience in VAT Filling within Saudi Arabia

Strong knowledge of ZATCA regulations, VAT laws, and zakat filing

Experience handling audit processes

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, ERP systems)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage and mentor junior staff

Excellent communication and reporting skills
