1. Store Associate (Convenience Store)

Job Summary

The Store Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, operating the cash register, maintaining merchandise displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring the convenience store remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers professionally and assist with their purchases.

Operate POS (Point of Sale) system and process cash/card payments.

Receive, arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves.

Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock (FIFO).

Keep shelves, refrigerators and displays clean and organized.

Maintain accurate pricing and promotional displays.

Assist in receiving deliveries and inventory counting.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Ensure cleanliness of the sales floor, storage area and checkout counter.

Follow company policies regarding food safety, hygiene and security.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer/POS knowledge.

Good communication skills.

Customer service oriented.

Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

2. Pump Attendant

Job Summary

The Pump Attendant is responsible for safely dispensing fuel, assisting customers, maintaining the forecourt, and ensuring fuel operations comply with company safety standards. The role focuses on customer service, safe fuel handling, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assist with fueling vehicles.

Operate fuel dispensers safely and accurately.

Process fuel payments where applicable.

Guide customers regarding fuel type and promotions.

Clean fuel pumps, nozzles and surrounding areas.

Monitor fuel pumps for leaks or operational issues.

Report equipment malfunction immediately.

Maintain cleanliness of the fuel forecourt.

Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures.

Respond quickly to emergency situations and fuel spills.

Assist elderly or disabled customers when required.

Requirements

High School education preferred.

Customer service skills.

Physically fit to work outdoors.

Basic English communication.

Safety conscious and disciplined.

3. Supervisor

Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the fuel station and convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving sales and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily shift operations.

Monitor employee attendance and productivity.

Allocate work assignments to staff.

Ensure excellent customer service standards.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Monitor fuel sales and store sales.

Verify daily cash reconciliation and banking.

Ensure inventory accuracy and stock replenishment.

Conduct daily opening and closing procedures.

Maintain HSE compliance throughout the station.

Ensure pumps and equipment are functioning properly.

Train and coach new employees.

Prepare shift reports and performance reports.

Coordinate maintenance requests.

Support the Store Manager in achieving operational targets.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2–4 years retail or fuel station experience.

Leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Computer knowledge (POS/MS Office).

4. Store Manager

Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management of the fuel station and convenience store, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, inventory control, staff development, and compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall store and fuel station operations.

Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.

Lead, motivate and supervise the entire team.

Recruit, train and evaluate employees.

Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Monitor fuel inventory and retail merchandise.

Manage ordering and stock replenishment.

Control shrinkage and inventory losses.

Oversee daily cash reconciliation and banking.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and HSE standards.

Coordinate maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Analyze daily, weekly and monthly business reports.

Manage operating expenses within budget.

Handle escalated customer complaints.

Ensure legal compliance with Saudi regulations.

Develop action plans to improve sales and operational performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

5+ years experience in retail, FMCG, convenience store or fuel station management.

Strong leadership and financial management skills.

Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
