Indoor Sales & Operations Supervisor – Automotive Services & Auto Care

Location: Muscat, Oman

Job Responsibilities

– Supervise daily showroom, reception, and workshop operations.
– Manage customer inquiries, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
– Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicles.
– Promote maintenance services, detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, window tinting, and other auto-care solutions.
– Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
– Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
– Maintain high standards of customer service and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

– Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive services, auto care, or workshop operations.
– Strong sales, leadership, and customer service skills.
– Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
– Experience using workshop management systems is an advantage.
– Currently residing in Oman.
– Valid Omani driving license.
– Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
