CP QA/QC Inspector (Saudi Aramco Approved Preferred)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CP QA/QC Inspector to work on oil & gas/pipeline projects in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all cathodic protection installation and testing activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in Cathodic Protection projects.

Saudi Aramco Approval (preferred/required as per project).

NACE CP certification (CP Level 1/2/3) is preferred.

Good knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, NACE standards, and project specifications.

Experience in pipeline, tank, and underground facility cathodic protection systems.

Ability to prepare QA/QC reports and inspection records.

Good communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect cathodic protection installation works.

Verify materials and equipment before installation.

Witness testing, commissioning, and performance of CP systems.

Ensure compliance with project QA/QC procedures and standards.

Review inspection reports, test results, and documentation.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams.

Prepare daily inspection reports and close QA/QC documentation.

Raise NCRs and verify corrective actions when required.
