Job Description
– Job Title: Games Room Attendant        
– Department:        Community Services
– Reports To: Recreations Coordinator
– Summary: Responsible to ensure that the games room is operation and the activities are carried out in a safe manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Reception Duties
– Greet and maintain a positive attitude towards the guests
– Ensure that the safety policies, rules, and regulations are maintained within the area
– Provide the new guests orientations on how to use the area
– Ensure the upkeep of the area
– Ensure the safety of children in games room area. Follow all safety procedures
– Ensure the hygiene of the games and toys
– Event Support
– Arrange new and exciting activities with the support of the Recreations Coordinator
– Support in the execution of the events
– Communicate guests requirements to Recreational Coordinator
– Co-ordination of games activities to recreation services
– General Maintenance and upkeep of game platforms and equipment
– Fix/repair basic issues
– Coordinate with the technical support for major repairs
– Assist the users and operate the game
QUALIFICATIONS
– Multi-lingual skills essential with Arabic considered a distinct benefit
– Computer literacy to be at a high level.
– Recognized first aid trained and certified
– AED Training a distinct advantage
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
– Physical Education training / certification a preference
