Job Title: Waiter

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 1,800 – 2,000

Job Responsibilities

Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when required.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.

Serve food and beverages according to 5-star hospitality standards.

Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns professionally.

Prepare and set dining tables before service and clear tables after guests leave.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area in accordance with company and food safety standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.

Follow company policies, grooming standards, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Waiter in a 5-star hotel.

Valid and transferable Iqama.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Basic English communication is required; Arabic is an added advantage.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
