Job Title: Mechanical Technician (Maintenance)

Job Purpose

To execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities & Duties

Perform scheduled routine and preventive maintenance tasks.

Diagnose mechanical faults and execute necessary repairs.

Replace worn-out or damaged parts and ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Conduct post-maintenance inspections and testing.

Strictly adhere to occupational health, safety, and quality standards.

Prepare detailed maintenance reports and promptly escalate major faults or observations to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills: Ability to read technical blueprints and proficiently use precision measuring instruments.

Core Competencies: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, high accuracy, attention to detail, and a collaborative team player.
