We need 5 to 6 years of experience in the petrochemical plant field, with extensive experience as an Alloy and Stainless Steel Welder. The following candidate should possess the following requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Material Prep & Fit-up: Cut, grind, and shape stainless steel and various alloys (e.g., Inconel, Monel, nickel alloys).

Clean surfaces to prevent contamination and ensure strong, defect-free welds.Welding Execution: Operate welding machines in various positions (flat, vertical, horizontal, or overhead) based on engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding procedure specifications (WPS).

Quality Assurance: Inspect, measure, and test completed welds for accuracy, penetration, and structural integrity.Equipment Maintenance: Set up and maintain welding equipment (torch heads, gas flow, and tungsten/filler wires) to ensure safe and efficient operation.Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE, and ensure all welds meet industry codes (e.g., AWS, ASME, ISO).
