AK Riyadh Park Shopping Complex – Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

Market and lease shops & office spaces at AK Riyadh Park.

Bring new clients from your community and business network.

Conduct meetings, site visits, and close rental deals.

Promote AK Riyadh Park through social media platforms and community groups to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.

Help create a vibrant business environment by attracting quality tenants.

Monthly Target

✅ Minimum 15 signed Shop/Office Ejar Agreements per month.

Compensation

50% Fixed Base Salary

50% Performance Salary (upon achieving the monthly target)

SAR 500 Food Allowance

Additional incentives for outstanding performance.

Requirements

Experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Marketing preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Active on social media and able to market within community groups.

Good community network in Jubail.

Arabic & English preferred.
