🚀 We’re Hiring Senior Odoo ERP Governance & Business Process Consultant (Part-Time)

Alrouf Lighting is looking for a senior Odoo expert to help us build a world-class ERP operating model.

This is NOT a typical Odoo support or implementation role.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to design, govern, and optimize Odoo as a business operating system.

You’ll help us:

* Audit our current Odoo implementation

* Review and redesign user roles, permissions, and security

* Improve business workflows across Sales, CRM, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, and Operations

* Design scalable ERP governance and internal controls

* Build dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting

* Lead staging, UAT, and production rollout best practices

* Document processes and train internal teams

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

* Odoo Enterprise

* Access Rights, Groups & Record Rules

* Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory & Accounting

* Business Process Design

* ERP Governance

* UAT & Change Management

* Multi-user / Multi-department ERP environments

Bonus if you have experience with:

* Manufacturing / MRP

* API integrations

* AI-enabled ERP workflows

* Technical B2B companies

* GCC implementations

This role is probably NOT for you if:

* You mainly provide day-to-day Odoo support.

* Your solution is always “give Admin access.”

* You don’t have hands-on experience with Record Rules and Odoo security.

* You have never led an ERP governance or transformation project.
