SENIOR SPECIFICATION SPECIALIST

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related structural/engineering discipline (mandatory). • Professional certification or registration with an engineering authority (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers) is highly advantageous.

EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 7 years of experience in specification management, architectural technical sales, or design/consulting roles in Saudi.

· Strong experience in architectural and sports venue projects (stadiums, arenas, indoor sports facilities, large-scale developments).

· Proven track record of successful product specification and approvals within GCC projects.

· Strong understanding of building materials, architectural systems, structural requirements, and construction codes.

· Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.

· Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred.

· Strong commercial and technical coordination skills with consultants and project stakeholders.

· Female candidate with the ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Saudi Arabia and the GCC region is preferred.
