• Communicating application definitions and deployment tactics to clinical staff
• Training in-house supporting staff
• Handholding customers executing first time applications
• Establishing replicate-able processes within healthcare organizations
• Writing application notes
• Coordinating with sales and customer care organizations
• Assist in the pre-sales process
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, leadership and mentoring) and the ability to interact at multiple levels from executive to clerical staff
- 3 or more years’ experience working in healthcare provider organizations
- Experience in nursing or direct care giving a plus
- Articulate and good writing skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment as well as the ability to prioritize duties
- Computer proficiency, but you don’t need to be technical – we will train
- Good organizational skills and the ability to help others get organized
