A reputable company in the Eastern Province is seeking an experienced Workshop / Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations for a large fleet of warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of 25+ technicians
Plan and execute PM, CM, and AMC activities
Manage parts inventory and workshop documentation
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
Use and manage maintenance/workshop software
Maintain strong client communication and service quality
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
5–7 years experience in fleet/workshop supervision (MHE or dealership preferred)
Strong hands‑on diagnostic skills
Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
Transferable Iqama and valid Saudi driving license are mandatory
Salary
Starting from SAR 5,000/month, negotiable for suitable candidates.
