Position: Site Engineer

Experience Required: 5+ years

Location: Jeddah (multiple project locations available)

License: Valid Driving License required

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage Site works related to fit-out projects.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Monitor quality control, health & safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.

Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.

Provide technical guidance and ensure smooth site execution.

Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with clients and management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out and turnkey projects

Strong knowledge of project management, site supervision, and quality assurance procedures.

Ability to lead teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Valid driving license (essential).

Flexibility to relocate to different project sites as required.
