Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Professional certifications in Cost Engineering or Estimation are advantageous.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years as Estimator.

Experience in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects.

Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, or major EPC projects preferred.

Estimating Skills:

Quantity Take-Off from drawings.

Productivity analysis.

Equipment costing.

Material costing.

Indirect cost estimation.

Construction methodology review.

Technical Knowledge:

Excavation and backfilling.

Trenching works.

Concrete structures.

Foundations.

Asphalt works.

Road works.

Drainage systems.

Fencing works.

Buildings and shelters.

Pipeline civil works.

Structural steel foundations.

Experience with:

Earthwork specifications.

Concrete specifications.

Road and paving standards.

Pipeline corridor construction.

ROW restoration requirements.

Familiarity with:

Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES).

Saudi Aramco Engineering Procedures (SAEP).

Saudi Aramco Material Specifications (SAMSS).

Saudi Aramco General Instructions (GI).

Saudi Aramco Schedule of Rates.
