WE ARE HIRING Mechanical QC Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
• Experience: 5+ Years (EPC, Oil & Gas, Marine, or Industrial Projects)
Qualification: Diploma/bachelor’s in engineering + CSWIP 3.1 (or equivalent Welding Inspector Certification).
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct quality inspections for mechanical installations such as piping, equipment erection, welding, and related infrastructure.
2. Perform dimensional checks, weld inspections (visual and NDT), material verification, and other QC tests according to project specifications.
3. Prepare and maintain all necessary quality documentation such as test plans, inspection reports,
4. Monitor and advise on the disposition of NCRs and verify corrective actions.
5. Ensure adherence to the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and Quality Control Procedures.
6. Prepare and present quality reports, inspection findings, and quality performance metrics to clients.
