JOB VACANCY – IT EXECUTIVE

5-Star Hotel – Al Khobar

We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Executive to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Al Khobar.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a globally recognized hospitality group, where technology plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role:

As the IT Executive, you will be the on-site technology expert responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of all IT systems within the hotel. You will act as the primary point of contact between the hotel and the group’s centralized IT support team, ensuring all technical issues are resolved efficiently and in line with international brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure 24/7 system availability for all hotel operations including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Back Office.

Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests with a professional and guest-centric approach.

Manage and maintain all hardware, software, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, telephony, CCTV, and AV systems.

Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures and data backup procedures.

Coordinate with the centralized support team for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and global compliance.

Conduct regular system audits and preventive maintenance.

Maintain IT inventory and ensure alignment with brand IT standards and policies.

Train hotel staff on new systems and technologies.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in IT support within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or similar).

Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) – preferably Opera or similar.

Solid understanding of network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi).

Familiarity with telephony, CCTV, access control, and AV equipment.

Knowledge of IT security, backup solutions, and data protection.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
