Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Senior HVAC Technician to lead chiller installations, complex maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship on site while maintaining strict adherence to safety and efficiency protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform expert-level installation, commissioning, and diagnostic repair of industrial and commercial chiller systems and package units.

Conduct complex preventative maintenance and system overhauls.

Supervise and inspect ductwork installation and system cleaning activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Ensure all site operations are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC/Chiller systems.

Proven expertise in diagnosing electrical and mechanical failures in large-scale cooling units.

Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems and refrigerant handling.

Ability to read complex blueprints and technical schematics.

Strong communication skills and a professional attitude toward teamwork.
