Job Description
Hotel Sales & Marketing Representative
Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer inquiries received through the website, e-commerce platform, social media channels, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Maintain strong relationships with company and project managers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations
• Maintain accurate booking schedules and customer records.
• Follow up with prospective customers and previous clients to maximize sales opportunities and repeat business.
• Coordinate booking details with the Reservation team to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct follow-ups to collect feedback and strengthen customer relationships.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate social media content, customer testimonials, and marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase bookings through partnerships, referrals, and seasonal promotions.
• Assist in developing sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
Reporting & Administration
• Maintain sales pipelines, booking trackers, and customer databases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor inquiry volumes, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Support management with sales forecasting and business performance insights.
• Number of confirmed company bookings.
• Customer satisfaction score.
• Number of new customers acquired.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing, booking platforms, or e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and a results-driven approach.
