✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field

✅ Minimum 7 years of experience in Hospitality, Residential Services, Customer Service, or Facilities Management

✅ Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills

✅ Experience in contract management, performance monitoring, and service delivery

✅ Strong planning, budgeting, and organizational abilities

✅ Excellent communication skills in English

• Lead accommodation services operations and planning activities

• Monitor contractor performance and service quality

• Ensure compliance with operational, financial, and governance requirements

• Manage stakeholder relationships and service improvement initiatives

• Oversee accommodation inspections and timely resolution of service demands

• Prepare performance reports and drive operational excellence
