Graduate Engineering Trainee (Electrical & Civil)

📍 Location: Riyadh & Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia

Axis Construction Company (ACC) is seeking motivated Saudi nationals for the position of Graduate Engineering Trainee (Electrical & Civil). This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in construction and project execution.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh and Al Qassim. The selected candidates will work closely with experienced engineers on active construction projects, gaining hands-on experience in site supervision, project coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in supervising electrical and civil construction activities on-site.

Participate in site inspections and monitor work progress.

Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Prepare reports, records, and project documentation.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.

Support planning, scheduling, and project execution activities.

Participate in structured training and professional development programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of construction practices, engineering standards, and site operations.

Familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering software is preferred.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work on construction project sites in Riyadh and Al Qassim.

Saudi nationality is required.
